🔹 Sales Cloud (converts the customer)

  • The customer makes a purchase → becomes a customer

🔹 Service Cloud (supports the customer)

  • After buying, the customer has a question about delivery
  • They contact support via chat or email
  • Service Cloud logs the case and helps the support team resolve it quickly
